Welcome to UNIZO, the Union of Independent Entrepreneurs. UNIZO unites approximately 85,000 businesses, sole traders, SMEs and professionals in Flanders and Brussels from sole proprietorship to growth SMEs from all sectors. This is the largest business organization. UNIZO represents the business interests in the government, the media, public opinion and the other social partners. UNIZO indicates members advice, information and organizes training and networking. The organization is based on a long historical tradition. Which goes back to 1899.

What does UNIZO?

	UNIZO wants entrepreneurs unite, inform, advise and represent their interests, in short, they give up opportunities.The organization focuses on independent entrepreneurs, working in their own business and at your own risk. They are close to their market, their employees and customers. It often goes to family and family of young man businesses to grow internationally active SMEs.

The organization works with more than 250 skilled employees. However, the strength is based on the representativeness and the contribution of the entrepreneurs themselves, both through local and regional associations as the 106 connected sector organizations.
